When we have plumbing issues and call Dial One they are nice and professional. The plumber that came out both times was the same young man his name is James and he is great. James does great work so I hope this company pays him good and if we ever have problems we won't hesitate to ask for him again. My only request is that when a family cannot turn on their water that's an emergency plumbing job, and should be addressed that day. It is hard when you have no water waiting days for someone to come out. You cannot bathe, do the dishes, use your toilets or flush, wash your hands or do your laundry. In our last house this happened and we didn't know anyone near us to go to their house for these things and it's also a burden on others. Thankfully we know our neighbors and they were kind and helped us out. Having water is a necessity and when you can't go about your normal everyday life and just use the restroom and wash your hands that's pretty bad. So my advice on emergency plumbing would be that this needs to be addressed immediately. Other than that we are grateful you sent out our lil guy again and we appreciate his hard work. Be sure to take good care of him he's very intelligent and professional and gets the job done right. Thank you.
