James came to my rescue for my son's family bathtub that was stopped up. He explained all kinds of possibilities on what we might find. Thank goodness it wasn't anything serious and within an hour had it back to draining better than ever! He was very encouraging and laid out the possibilities and payment directions. I felt very comfortable in his expertise and knowledge. I hope I have no other plumbing problems but if I do, this is the company I am directing all my business to. By the way, the price was bearable and very fair.
