A Five Star Company has provided top quality service to us over the past 5 years and I am still so impressed with how customer driven they are. We recently had a heat pump that needed serviced and they absolutely handled everything like the pro's they are. In fact, I have seen them do things that I don't think any other company would even attempt to try, let alone actually complete. My mom has an old house and it had 2 old heating/air systems - one below and 1 upstairs. The lower system had a part that needed replaced but no one made that part anymore; It was that old. At this point, most companies would say that a whole new system was needed and wouldn't even proceed with any repair attempt. Well, the technician with 5 star was simply amazing and he manufactured a replacement part, all on his own from scratch, just for her old heater. I was shocked - I didn't think that level of customer service even existed anymore. He's come out on a Sunday before and never leaves until the job is completed. I find they are very reliable and completely dedicated to their customers. So professional and helpful - I highly recommend A Five Star Company.
