Mark was prompt, polite and professional. I scheduled an AC inspection with him and he put me on his schedule immediately. He arrived on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Mark was thorough and showed me some tips on how to best maintain my AC unit to save on electricity cost. It was refreshing to find someone who was interested in helping me save money instead of trying to sell me more. I will definitely be using A Five Star exclusively for my AC service from now on.
