Mark, when we came home after 3 days and had no air-conditioning - we called you and you were here in 30 minutes (It was 86 degress in our house!) You fixed our air-conditioner in such a short and professional time! You also replaced one of our vents (which was way high up and we are sure it hadn't been replaced in Years (maybe) Mark, we think you are the Best!
