Francisco and his two crew members were "KNOWLEDGEABLE," polite, and kept me informed as to their progress of the instillation of an A/C & Heating system w/ thermostat. Joe Watkins asked Francisco to look at the thermostat that had been installed by another A/C company. Francisco showed me how the thermostat was not installed properly. He suggested a fix but said let his supervisors talk to me about fixing the error. The whole crew was "GREAT" !!!!!!!!!!
