Johnny's Appliance & Refrigeration Repair came out to fix my gas oven in my stove. The igniter switch, which is an expensive piece, stopped working. He fixed it and it worked great for about a month. I'm certain the warranty for that work was up. I called him to come out again, and I am quite a bit of a distance from him. He let me know that he would be out but it may be later in the day due to other service calls. He did show up later in the day and fixed the stove again. When he finished I asked him how much I owed him and he told me nothing and he profusely apologized for the inconvenience! It is absolutely rare to have that kind of customer service! As a matter of fact, I am pretty hard on most but Johnny is exceptional in his customer service! I cannot think of one flaw with him or his service!
