Powder River Heating & AC did a superb job installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit in my home.They were very prompt in returning calls both when it came to setting up the original appointment as well as with responding to my questions and following up afterwards.

This morning I was having some problems because the furnace hadn't kicked in for first time yet. Brad came to the house immediately, walked me through all the steps, and explained the process of how everything works.

During the actual installation, they were really nice and neat while doing the work. They cleaned up after themselves, which I was very happy about. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service.
