I called the shop after my car would not start during the cold snap. I had it towed down there late on a Thurs fully expecting them to keep it for the entire weekend because I had no appointment. As it turns out they had it all ready for me with a new battery on Fri afternoon.
After resetting everything on the car, my radio would not work. I quickly went back and they actually sat with me until we got it working again.
These people are absolutely service oriented.
If other shops in Calgary followed their principles, life here would be awesome ! ! !
