I am a repeat customer of German Car Specialist, having used them at least three or four times in the past. They are very knowledgeable about what needs to be done, and I particularly like the fact that they take the time to carefully explain exactly what work needs to be done. Plus, they are not pushy, and don't try to sell you parts and services that you don't really need.

If the service is going to take more than a few hours, they have a shuttle service available to take you back and forth from either work or home. That is a really nice touch. Most of the time, they have the necessary parts in stock, but if they don't, they simply order the parts in, and then reschedule the work. All in all, they are very professional and competent people.
