Good and bad
So my experience was good and bad, they had trouble diagnosing my German car to determine what was wrong. Eventually taking four days to figure out there was an O2 sensor that was causing problems. Cost me over $800 to replace a simple O2 sensor after all the testing they recommended. I am upset that they seem to have been a regular stereotypical mechanic shop in this instance. I have been too them before and they were quite good but every time I bring my car in I lose it for about a week.
The service staff are otherwise great Guy Swain was helpful and courteous, was fair with the bill, only made me pay for what I had agreed too. And tried to remain in contact with me regarding what was happening.
I am currently on the fence with them. Not sure if I will keep going back or will try an new place.
