Spoke to John on Sunday and quickly offered to stop by as I informed him I had an one year old grandson in my home. I decided to wait until Monday due to cost of labor on weekend. He stated he would put me on the schedule and arrived in the morning. He was very informative of what may be the issue. Went to get part and fixed water heater and gave us specific information on how to care for the water heater. Unfortunately, it did go out again but he was right back the next day to correct a loose connection. Very PROFESSIONAL and would highly recommend him! Thank you, John!
