Parker called after being contacted by dispatch. He didn’t sound put out or annoyed. He began by helping me troubleshoot the issue over the phone - presumably to save me money and time. When that didn’t fix the problem, he said he’d be by in 35 minutes. He was here well before that time. The whole time he was here he was pleasant and professional. Fixed the issue and checked a couple other things. At no point did he try to up sell me. Great experience for me!
