Annual maintenance and checkup to prepare for late fall and winter seasons. The only thing I was disappointed in was during appointment found per the R&R person was that R&R no longer did maintenance or maintained the electronic air filters systems that R&R installed years ago. However they did check it out with an extra charge and found the system no longer works. They found a shorted out circuit board. So will have to eventually buy new system. In the meantime the air filters in the air filter system will work without the electronic part not working. So overall satisfied with maintenance checkup. But not happy as to the electronic filter situation.
