We have used R&R for years, but this is the first time we've written a review. I've been learning to use our computer so it's about time! Robert was at our home today promptly and was able to change our filter and diagnose a problem that we have had for awhile. He was very professional and showed us what he was doing as he fixed a part of the problem immediately. He was able to recognize another part that should possibly be replaced in the future, but did not insist that we do it today. I truly appreciated his honesty and will continue to use the services of R&R in the future.
