The first person we had come take a look, Tyler, was very nice and very helpful in giving us options. We had 3 companies bid for our AC unit. Each company gave us several options, but R&R had the best overall quality for the price. The installation people were pleasant and courteous, putting on shoe covers and the such coming into the house. They did a good job and even finished a little early. Cleaned up their mess and our AC unit looks and works great.
