Called and advised them our furnace was going out and smelled smoke and they shifted their schedule and were at our house within 3 hours. We decided to put in a new furnace, a/c, humidifier and electronic air cleaner as ours was over 25 years old. The salesman, Randy, was out the next day to help us with models and financing. Will be installed next week. Eric, repairman got old furnace running so we will not freeze. I would recommend them for their outstanding service
