Our Air Conditioning unit decided to stop working during the hottest two weeks of our summer. We have been a customer of R & R for many years so naturally we called them for help. Their techs came out the next day and confirmed the bad news that our unit had bit the dust. They were professional and customer friendly in every way. Our next contact was Randy Haffner who came out and walked us through the process of replacement. Very personable, professional and answered all our questions on the replacement process. On the day of the actual replacement the crew from R & R showed up on time and completed the job in less than a day. Again were very personable, professional, informative and left the place as clean as they found it. Another great experience with R & R!
