Starting with Steve's thorough bid and explanations and the kind, complete and professionalism of JJ and Darren's installation, R & R did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them for repairs, maintenance and installation. They are knowledgeable and kind. I totally appreciated the friendliness of JJ and Darren as they took down and installed a new a/c and furnace for me. Each step along the way they explained to me what they were doing and why. Never once did they make me feel like a question I had was too stupid and between the two of them, they were a dynamic duo, working together as a team. They were punctual as to their start time each day and accurate on what they felt the timewise the job would take. Great customer service skills! Truly, they are an asset to R & R. I also appreciated the office staff of Ginger & Brittany, who handled our phone conversations in a friendly, timely way. Additionally, I will shout out to Rex, who was punctual for his appointment here at my home to measure. He too, embodied quality manners as the aforementioned employees.
