Had an appointment scheduled for 8:00am to have a “check up” done on my furnace and to possibly update my thermostat. At 9:00am I called and left a message to see where they were. At 9:30am I called again since I was taking time off work to be at home for the appointment. Around 9:40am I got a call back saying they were on their way. When they finally showed up the service tech looked like he’d been up all night and smelled like a brewery. He apologized for being late by saying “I forgot I had training this morning”.
I was already frustrated so I just showed him where the furnace was, let him know I thought my induction blower motor might be going out, and left the room to make some phone calls for work.
A short time later he came back upstairs and had me sign for the work. I did like that I was given a military discount, but when I asked what work had been done he said “usual stuff, it will be in the email I send you, and that blower motor is rubbing on the inside so it will need replaced. I’ll go get you an estimate”. Then he went to leave and I asked him about my thermostat and he look at it on the wall and said, “yeah, needs to be replaced”.

As of today I’ve called and left three messages since my appointment around 2 weeks ago to let them know about my questions and concerns and I have yet to hear back. I am a first time customer and I will definitely be looking for other options in the future.
