Our service tech, Steven, came to do a routine maintenance on our 4-year-old furnace, and performed that in less time than anticipated. He also seemed to fix a minor issue that we were having with the furnace not always coming on when the thermostat indicated a significant drop in temperature. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled.
