Brain was sent out after several failed attempt to diagnose and fix my furnace. Brain was on time, very respectful, and above all, he quickly diagnosed and fixed my furnace. Unlike other HVAC companies, I had dealt with in the past, R&R was very good at getting someone out quickly each time. The front office staff was great when I called in and were always very helpful. Without a doubt, the next time I need any service on my HVAC system, I will be calling R&R and asking specifically for Brain to be sent out to do the work.
