On Sept 27th R&R serviceman came out as scheduled to troubleshoot my boiler problem (no heat on top floor). I tried to describe the problem in detail but was generally dismissed. He fiddled with a pressure release valve for almost 5 hours replacing it twice and charged me $290 to replace a part that sells for about $30. When I called customer service, they hung up on me. I called a second time requesting a supervisor call me back but he never did. Today (Nov 4th) the valve is leaking and flooding my basement. Shoddy work from a shoddy company that doesn't care to listen to or respect the customer--just wanted to get paid for performing poor work.
