We had updated heating and air conditioning installed on 9/25/18. The crew included Jess & Justyn. I was extremely pleased with the m during installation process. We had no contact with R&R between the time I provided the deposit for the work and when this crew showed up as scheduled. They had to work through several issues that were not sufficiently covered by the proposal and that could have been or should have been covered by a walk through prior to the work. One example was the changes that had to be made to our landscaping because of the size of the outside AC unit as compared to the old unit. While the proposal process was challenging and the lack of pre-installation contact is concerning, I am very pleased with the work done by this installation team.
