I called RandR to help me fix a new water heater that was installed by the previous owners before I moved in. The warranty was complicated and the technician helped me work through the process to make sure I got the service that I deserved. Steve was running ahead of schedule and waited for me to get back home at the scheduled service window. He was friendly and polite, and he explained what he did and why. RandR will be my first call next time I need service on the water heater. Great experience.
