Excellent speedy service! Johnny Cale, the specialist was prompt and professional. There was need for a part he did not have on hand. Mr. Cale communicated this to the staff at R and R heating and within one hour had the part and was back at my home completing the task . there are many steps to obtaining the proper equipment through a company as busy as R and R. for some companies it may take a week or so to obtain a part however the staff at R and R worked as a team and getting the part delivered . thank you very much Mr. Cale and the staff at R&R for your excellent speedy service !
