Called R & R today because our ac stopped working. We pirchased our init from them 3 yrs ago and have been happy ever since. Today they responded within 2 minutes even though its Saturday. Dee walked us through first changing batteries in our thermostat. Unit came on them went out again. 2nd call answered just as fast. We were told to suck out the srain line. Like magic the unit started running immediately. Thank you for giving us out cool home back. You all are great.
