Randy does an amazing job at marketing and sales, he is persistent and friendly, knowledgeable. Dennis is excellent as job supervisor/foreman, very professional and informative and, best of all, he facilitates his crew, making sure they get what they need when they need it to complete the work. Rob and Justin were very patient with my questions and they completed their work with little direction and took pride in their work. R & R provides them support for their on-going career development in getting certifications, which is JUST what you want to see in a company....commitment to community development through support and training of their employees! And having smart and ambitious employees that take advantage of the training opportunity is even better! I want to especially recognize Rex, who provided on-the-job leadership, innovation and patient training and education to me, the homeowner, and his co-workers. He strikes me as a tremendous asset to R&R. Well done.
