Had an installation done by R & R this week. Complete heat and a/c retro fit.
Rex, Travis and Shane did an absolutely phenomenal job! They were very clean, professional, knowledgable and willing to take time to explain everything they were doing. They promised we’d have heat on the fourth day and they made sure to follow through on that promise even though they had to go overtime on the 4th day to do that.
Rex showed us through the new equipment step by step answering any question that arose, explaining how everything worked, how to change filters, and operate the new thermostat.
Their knowledge and professionalism was outstanding!
