I had another company twice come to my house for an inoperative furnace. They replaced an expensive part but that didn’t solve the problem. Nobody called to see if all was well and my house got colder.
Steve, from R and R arrived on time and spent an hour troubleshooting. In the end he determined what the problem was and arranged to return a few days later to install the part which he showed me was defective. He was able to create a workaround that would keep my house warm until her retuned. I am so impressed with the way Steve figured out the problem and with his ability to explain to me what was wrong. R and R will be my HVAC choice in the future.
