Man who identified himself on the phone today as service manager came to office last Friday to do annual filter change. 2 units not working once he left. Disabled no return. Called 2 x's today before call back and he says he disable 1 unit. I explained (2) not working. He says didn't happen he only disabled (1) I explained after his visit last week (2) not working. Rude, confrontational, we are a real estate company with clients in and out and office has been cold since Friday. We also use them with our construction company services company and now I have to worry about how our clients are going to be treated.
