Our expectations were definitely exceeded throughout the entire installation process from the bid with Randy to the measurement stage with Dennis,to the duct cleaning with John and finally the furnace and range hood vent installation with Ronnie and Travis. The entire crew was very personable, knowledgeable and interested in ensuring all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with their work. Randy took the time to explain what needed to be done and what products would work the best for our situation. He was quick to respond to questions by e-mail or phone after the bid was completed and gave us a true feeling of confidence in R & R and the products they sell/service and the professionalism of their staff. I was impressed by Randy and decided that R & R was the the logical choice for the work we needed to have completed. John did a very thorough job of cleaning our vents and ensured the areas were cleaned up after he completed his work. He arrived when he said he would and kept on task until the job was complete. Dennis measured for the new installation and ensured that any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. Ronnie and Travis arrived on time both days and worked tirelessly to complete the tasks they had to accomplish to run a gas line for future gas stove installation, remove the old furnace and install a new Trane S9V2 and install a 7" range hood vent line. We can not say enough about how impressed we were with Ronnie. Personable, industrious, knowledgeable and concerned to ensure we were kept informed on the stages of work and that we understood how the new furnace operated and what actions to take if there were issues later on. Ronnie and Travis did a thorough clean up after the installation and Ronnie went over all of the paperwork with us and apprised us of actions we needed to complete the inspection process. A true professional! We could not be more pleased with the quality of work performed and the attitude of the entire staff.
