First, thanks to Ginger for providing sage advice about how we should proceed with a problematic vent. The first step was for Johnny to giving the furnace a thorough "tune up" --definitely worthwhile, as it had not been attending to since the house purchase twelve years ago! Next up, the great John who went vent-by-vent and took good and careful time to make sure the air vents were thoroughly clean. So not only was there was complete competence, but also simply "good vibes" in their respective manners and attention, along with the bonus of their extra attention --going the "extra mile"-- to seeking solutions regarding the weak vent.
