Had a new furnace installed from them Jan. 2017. Richard came to do one-yr check. He arrived in a timely manner, put shoe covers on when he came into the house, and said the furnace was working great! Great service from start to finish. I recommended them to my niece last year..I think R&R installed two new furnaces for them.
