My technician was courteous, professional and owned the problem from the start. My pump had gone out before and left my furnace completely unusable. He got it up and running with a pump he had on the truck. That one (unfortunately) died a couple of months later. On return, the tech didn't hesitate to replace the pump with a better one at no charge--not even labor. I was very happy with the service.
