I am very pleased with the service provided. My furnace stopped working, or simply didn't work when I first turned it on this season. I called your competitor, but they would be unable to come out for a couple of weeks. I am sorry I did not get the technician's name, but he was professional and personable. He fixed the furnace on the first call, and took the time to explain what he had done. I have lung disease, and cannot be without heat, so I am very thankful to R&R for addressing the problem and resolving it as quickly as they did. Thank you very much!
