I so appreciated Steve and John coming this Saturday morning to install a new water heater. I had originally called 3 different companies to see how quickly a new one could be installed, and the others said I'd have to wait until Monday. R and R was A+ rated by BBB and willing to consult with me before including extras into my bill, plus come on Saturday, so it was a win/win/win for me! John and Steve were friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions. I feel very fortunate and would recommend R and R to others.
