From our first contact with R and R we could tell that they knew what they were doing and went our of their way to help us. Our A/C went out in the midst of the 90-100 degrees period and they were able to work us in. Granted, it was about 10 days down the road, but it was at least two weeks earlier than anyone else could help us. Ronnie was the installer and he did just an excellent job. Very friendly and kept us posted on everything he was doing so we had no questions. His job passed the City inspection in less than a 5-minute visit! Thanks R and R; thanks Ronnie.
