Our heat pump failed in late May. Richard provided a service call and diagnosed a dead compressor, suggesting a new heat pump was recommended. I was a little frustrated with the scheduling response to get a bid and then the new equipment installed but I know it's a very busy time of year for HVAC companies. Bill provided a very competitive estimate ($2000 less than other company who provided a bid) and Rex and Josh did an outstanding and professional installation on July 3, just in time to miss the upper 90s weather without A/C. All in all I'm very satisfied with R & R and will continue to use them for all HVAC needs.
