First, setting up an appointment with R and R was a relief. Other companies were scheduling 2 weeks or more out. Because of the size of the company and number of technicians, they were able to get us scheduled within a couple days. Then they contacted us to see if we'd be able to fit our appointment in a day early! SO awesome. John was excellent. The price was reasonable and the minimum charge was the same as all the other companies. We are happily sitting in a nice cool home and feeling very blessed knowing it will be in the 90's this weekend. Happy customers.
