Within a matter of days from our initial call due to our A/C stopping we had a technician at our home, unfortunately this did not fix our problem. 3 business days later we had an estimate completed and 8 business days after that we had a new A/C unit. R&R was very professional, efficient and did a great job. During the estimate process he was very thorough with everything we needed, what we didn't need, and pricing (broken down for different units and expenses). I felt they were very honest and a reputable company.
