I contacted the company to have a technician come out and diagnose a problem with my gas furnace. When the technician came out he immediately told me that my blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced. He didn't explain what was wrong with It. He just stated that it was bad. He told me that it would cost $89.5 for diagnostic + $328 for a new fan/blower motor. i told the guy I could not afford to pay for a new motor and paid him with a check for a diagnostic. He never provided me a receipt via email. I have called him several times but to no avail. The next day I called a different company for a second opinion since my blower motor was still working after the technician left . The second technician from a different company checked everything and said there was nothing wrong with my blower motor and that it was just a capacitor which he checked and replaced for a fraction of what the blower motor would have cost. I am shocked and in disbelief that not only I didn't get a receipt but the R & R hearting technician lied to me with a false diagnostic and tried to charge me additionally almost $400. I will never contact the company again.
