I have been working with Summit Heating and Air Conditioning for quite a while and I have had plenty of good experiences with them in the past but recently I had some issues with the technician that came out. I was having an issue with my A/C system about a week ago and so I gave them a call to see what was going on. Another thing to note, when they came by for their normal yearly checkup they noticed that the freon was exceptionally low so they added some more. A little while later we were still having issues so we gave them a call and they came out to diagnose the problem. They told us we needed parts but wouldn't let us know when they would be able to get them to us. The communication this time around was not very good and I really don't know whats going on. I'm hoping that this is just a one-time thing and I will continue to use them in the future.
