My experience with Summit Heating & Air Conditioning was fine. I've used them twice before, and both times they were great-- my experience most recently was almost the same. They were very efficient and definitely did their jobs. It probably took less time than I'd initially expected, actually. The only problem was a small one-- there was a water spot, in the corner of the basement, after they'd left. I think this was probably because they drained the old water heater, to make it lighter before carrying. This isn't is a big deal, but I'd have appreciated communication about it just so I wasn't left wondering where mysterious basement puddles are coming from... Beyond that, of course, they were great. They were definitely hard working, and I'd absolutely recommend them to others.
