Eric, my plumbing service technician, provided wonderful service. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. As a result of Eric's product knowledge and service, henceforth, I will always use Flood for certainly all of my plumbing repairs. I had numerous plumbing issues that required service; upgrading my water heater; correcting a leak behind my washer and dryer; correcting the water pressure in FOUR faucets. Eric fixed my sinks and this morning as I was washing in my bathroom sink, I turned on the water, and the water pressure was fabulous...I actually began singing Eric's name. For months the water has dribbled out of both master bathroom faucets. Thanks to Eric, that problem is resolved. Flood has Master Plumbers working for them that truly know how to identify a plumbing issue and resolve it. I might add I have paid three other plumbers to give me estimates and attempt to repair these faucets; they tried and were unsuccessful. Eric's ears should be burning. I have been talking about what a great job he did not only with my faucets, but my water heater and the pipe repairs needed behind my washer and dryer. The company also has a great maintenance program which really pays for itself. I am now having them estimate an HVAC job for me. I fully expect to contract with them to complete this work. Finally, little things really matter to a customer i.e. wearing shoe covers to respect/protect my home floors, being on time for a appointment and very importantly, looking for ways to save me money. I have never used this company before but not... I am now a permanent Flood customer. Thank you, Eric!
