Jose was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was a little complex — and involve some buy-in from neighbors. He noted that and departed… allowing me the space and time to have those conversations.

Cue Ronaldo… who texted and/or called and/or e-mailed daily in an attempt to book the job. I explained I needed time to talk with neighbors — and that didn’t stop the onslaught of messaging.

I’ve gone with another company based solely on the aggressive follow-ups… and shared the experience with neighbors.
