Outstanding service for unexpected inspection
Daniel went above and beyond. He was surprised by a mouse that popped out of the AC unit. He cleaned out the mouse nest (something I wouldn't do) and then repaired the wires the mouse had chewed through.
Please give him a raise. He deserves it.
