Just had Flood service/DX our heat pump/air conditioner. We have been having intermittent problems with our heat pump and the Flood tech finally found the problem (another company did not solve the problem). They ordered the part this morning and their office just called us to let us know it had been ordered and would be here in 3 days. We also had a seasonal checkup at the same time and they did a really through job - well over what another company did in the past. The follow up on the appointment, time they would arrive and service follow up has been top notch. The tech was very helpful and answered/explained all of our questions along being very persistent in solving the intermittent problem. We also had them install a split air conditioner/heater about 4 months ago and have been very happy with that. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any HVAC problems.
