Arlene came and checked my heat pump. She found two items that needed addressing. She explained how each problematic part was affecting both the present and future operation of the heat pump. Walked me through the choices of changing the parts or replacing the heat pump. Based on her explanations I decided to stick with the current heat pump and repair the problems looking at eventually replacing.
