I have been a customer of John C Flood for 6 years. In the last 2 years, the technician has tried to convince me to purchase extra items or add to what I already have. In conversations with others who work with different companies, I was told that they do not experience this issue. I’m spending more money and don’t think I’m getting better service or care. I will be canceling my contract for the coming year. There’s too many technicians coming to the house and I don’t think one of them was ready to work on his own without support or supervision from a more experienced technician.
